Welcome Back to School

A big welcome to my second graders!  This 2013-2014 school year will be a great year full of fun reading experiences and new math adventures.  I enjoyed getting to know everyone last week and I
can tell we are going to have a wonderful year together.
Parents, your child should have brought home a blue communication folder.  If you did not receive one please let me know.  This week you will begin to receive information in the folder about the reading and math chapters.  Our programs are: Math in Focus and Imagine It.  The administration has planned parent information nights about the new math program.  Please keep an eye out on the Underhill website for those dates and times.

Hello,
I am happy to begin posting on my classroom blog.  This is a new and a bit challenging experience for me.  Please be patient as I figure out what to do!  I know many of you are very experienced bloggers and I welcome any advice or tips you may have.
My goal is to have the students involved with the blog by having them post what they've learned.  I will also post as much as I can about classroom activities and school events.  Please feel free to offer you thoughts and ideas on the blog.
